This is the sources list for the entry site of the Xiaopoxian Knowledge Network (xiaopoxian.com). Every figure and regulatory statement on this site's pages should be traceable in the tables below to an institution, document, date and link. Source tiers, how figures are stated and the corrections policy are set out in the methodology; the chronology of rule changes is in the changelog. Unless otherwise stated, the "last checked" date for every entry below is 24 October 2026.
How to use this list
What the columns mean: Institution = the publisher; Title = the original name of the document or page (Chinese-language titles are followed by an English rendering in brackets; the original prevails); Date = issue date, effective date or page update date, with "accessed October 2026" for web pages showing no date; Purpose = what this site cites it for, and the page where it mainly appears.
Source tiers:
| Tier | Meaning | Treatment in this list |
|---|---|---|
| Tier 1 | Regulators, statutory bodies and legal texts | Listed normally under each institution |
| Tier 2 | Industry association guidance (LIA, Hong Kong IA guidelines) | Listed normally, with "industry guidance" noted in the purpose column |
| Tier 3 | Law firm briefings, media reports | Listed separately in the "Secondary sources" section |
| Tier 4 | Only a search snippet obtained, or date unclear | Marked "original to be checked manually" in the purpose column |
Tip for checking: institutions update pages while keeping the same link, so when you open a link, look first at the "last updated" date on the page. If it differs from the date in this list, the institution's website prevails, and you are welcome to let us know through the contact details on this site so the change can be logged in the changelog.
